Kioni came to us with a unique product, bio-fermented skincare backed by science and made in Australia. While the original branding had potential, the execution from their former agency missed the mark.
The website was clunky, hard to navigate, and didn’t speak to the premium nature of the product. The packaging lacked consistency, and print materials created confusion. The brand didn’t look or feel like high-end skincare.
Social Hub stepped in to elevate and refine, not reinvent. We respected the original brand foundations but gave Kioni the cohesive, premium polish it deserved across every channel.

Website Concept & UX Direction
Designed a scroll-stopping site experience that speaks to the science behind Kioni, while staying clean, minimal, and high-end. Thoughtful storytelling, smart product positioning, and mobile-first design set the foundation for conversions.

Created brand-aligned social content pillars to support ongoing awareness and education, including skincare tips, ingredient spotlights, and community testimonials. We also helped concept and design graphics that felt both clinical and calming, reinforcing Kioni’s premium feel.
Print, Packaging & Content Creation
We designed a suite of branded print materials to complement the product packaging, including custom mailers and thank you cards. Each piece was created to reflect Kioni’s clean, premium aesthetic and enhance the unboxing experience.
We also produced photography and content that aligned seamlessly with the brand’s visual identity. This included a mix of product, lifestyle, and flat lay imagery designed for use across digital and marketing platforms, all consistent with Kioni’s fresh, minimal look.
